William “Bill” TrippFounder, CEOFounded Hawk Enterprises, LLC on March 16, 2000. He is a service disabled veteran of the US Navy and has worked in support of the DoD and Warfighter for over 30 years as a defense contractor. Throughout his vast experience with DoD programs and products, he noticed a serious training proficiency gap between Advanced Individual Training (AIT) and follow on Noncommissioned Officers Education System (NCOES) in regards to Aviation Maintenance Sustainment Training. Hawk Enterprises was established to fill this gap.
James TrentVice PresidentJames served over 22 years in Army Aviation where he worked in numerous positions. Two of his key assignments were 160 SOAR(A) and TRADOC. He joined Hawk Enterprises after retiring from the US Army in 2009 and became the Vice President in 2014. He serves as the company AMCOM Program Manager and Business Developer. James’ experience prior to joining Hawk Enterprises includes over 9 years’ experience in Special Operations and over 6 years’ experience managing US Army Aviation Training Development, Training Devices, and Instructor led training. This experience has been very instrumental in providing support to both our Government and commercial customers. He has working knowledge and experience on various aviation platforms AH-1F, MH-6J, MH-60A/L/K, MH-60A/L (DAP), ARH, and Grey Eagle. James earned his Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Management from Ashford University and is currently working on his Master of Arts in Organizational Management.
