ULLS-A (E) Customized Technical Support and Training

Hawk Enterprises is proud to announce our newest training product, Unit Level Logistics System - Aviation (Enhanced) (ULLS-A (E)) Customized Technical Support.

The fielding of ULLS-A (E) is nearing completion and has created a need for Sustainment Training and Support for all users. Hawk has addressed that need by packaging a Customized Technical Support package that combines Analysis, Training, and Support to units based on their needs.

Our Customized Technical Support process is designed to ensure that all of your unit's needs are identified and addressed in the training event. There are three steps involved in the training:

• Pre-Visit Database Analysis: Prior to our instructor visiting your unit, we will analyze a copy of your working database to identify faults and perform any database maintenance required.

• Refresher Training: Upon arrival, our instructors will provide Instructor-led refresher training on the use of ULLS-A (E) as it relates to the problems identified by your unit and during the database analysis. This training will be conducted using copies of your database, so the training is based on the actual needs of your unit.

• Technical Assistance/Training: The remainder of the visit will be spent providing on-site support to validate the training and provide any necessary assistance to ensure total customer satisfaction.

These modules may be purchased individually, or combined to address your needs how and when it best fits your unit’s specific situation.
